Your personal data is stored in our internal database and as a result only Crosspring B.V. employees with a legitimate business interest in the data are able to gain access, notwithstanding the possibility of granting access to law enforcement employees if the law requires us to do so.

Responsibility for personal data

Crosspring B.V. is responsible to handle your data with due care within the scope of the conditions laid out in this statement. In the case where personal data is shared with a third party, Crosspring remains the responsible party except where such data is shared out of necessity for the enforcement of legal actions.

Crosspring B.V. has taken the necessary required measures to safeguard your personal data. Crosspring has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data against unauthorized third party intervention and in the case of external circumstances or a force majeure type of event. All our staff is furthermore instructed and required to comply with the requirements prescribed by data protection rules.

Crosspring B.V. retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this agreement or as long as necessary to comply with regulation.
